About Telemaintenance:
Who: The US Army Ordnance
School has Senior Instructors, Training Developers, Warrant
Officers, and DA Civilians with vast network relationships
with Sustainment professionals across the entire Army
Sustainment Enterprise including CASCOM, TACOM, TRADOC and
HQDA. Ordnance Leaders across the force are encouraged to
Ask for help and feel empowered to answer and provide help
to others on interactive MS Teams POSTs.
What: Ordnance
Telemaintenance Community is a communications tool that
allows technicians to share equipment information and
troubleshooting techniques in order to solve real time
issues. The Ask Ordnance function of the Ordnance
Tele-maintenance Community is service lead by the United
States Army Ordnance School and the Ordnance Corps at Fort
Gregg-Adams. It is a partnership across U.S. Army Combined
Arms Support Command (CASCOM), Tank-automotive and Armaments
Command (TACOM), United States Army Aviation and Missile
Command (AMCOM), Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM),
Joint Munitions Command (JMC), and National Training Center
(NTC).
When: Worldwide 24/7
support.
Where: Ordnance Telemaintenance Community.
If you do not have CAC access, you can email your question
directly to the Ordnance Corps at
usarmy.gregg-adams.tradoc.mbx.askordnance@army.mil
and we will work to get back to you within 24 hours.
Why: The Purpose of Ask
Ordnance is to provide reach back support for Technicians
all across the U.S. Army to ask technical questions when
they need to solve problems for which they have already
exhausted all troubleshooting and research resources. The
Ordnance Telemaintenance Community has a large repository of
technical data, manuals, schematics, and training support
packages for every piece of equipment in the Army. We have
LCMC LARs, Senior Instructors, Training Developers, Warrant
Officers, and DA Civilians standing by to research and
answer your questions. If you have a question or need a
resource to help you maintain Army Equipment, Ask
Ordnance!
Ask Ordnance is another new way for the US Army Ordnance
School to engage with a broader audience to increase the
Culture of Maintenance across the Army. Ask Ordnance will
help serve as a bridge between institutional knowledge and
operational requirements tied to maintenance, ammunition,
EOD, and explosive safety.
