G8/Resource Management (G8/RM) Directorate

Mission

The CASCOM G-8 formulates, allocates, administers, and reviews the use of CASCOM funding and manpower programs to execute CASCOM missions, and serves as principal advisor to the Commanding General (CG), and CASCOM Senior Leaders on finance, resource, and management matters.

A professional, data-centric, team-oriented staff that effectively synchronizes the fiscal program to mission priorities through a program resourcing strategy that enhances capabilities and supports readiness.
