The following manuals are currently being formally staffed through the Enterprise Task Management System Solutions (ETMS2), originally known as the Task Management Tool (TMT). If you have comments, you may also provide them on the attached standardized comment resolution matrix and submit for consolidation before the suspense date. The use of the comment matrix is mandatory to facilitate consolidating and adjudicating all comments. Please read the comment matrix primer guide on the first page of the “Blank Comment resolution matrix (CRM).dox” to understand how to capture comments correctly. Provide rationale for each comment, including page, paragraph, and line number, along with suggested correction or solution. Recommend using specific line-in/line-out comments to avoiding general comments that provide little or no specific recommended corrections. Click here for a copy of the blank comment matrix and primer. Note: Access requires CAC credentials.
