ADP 7-0: Training Units and Developing Leaders - Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 7-0, Training Units and Developing Leaders, establishes the Army’s doctrine for training units and developing leaders for unified land operations. ADP 7-0 presents overarching doctrinal guidance for training modular, expeditionary Army forces and developing leaders to conduct unified land operations.

Training Strategy - Training Strategies establish training focused priorities in the institutional, operational, and self-development domain in support of large scale combat operations (LSCO). A key element of these strategies is to identify Training Support System (TSS) requirements through FY 2028 (Appendix A). These training strategies are not all inclusive, but focus on areas that enable leaders and units to build and preserve readiness. These strategies apply to the Army’s Active Component, Reserve and National Guard units/organizations that provide sustainment related training or training support. The US. TC 3-20.40: TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION - INDIVIDUAL WEAPONS: Provides the outline for all individual weapon's training strategies, resources, prerequisites, and requirements for planning and executing training. It provides a single reference for commanders, staff, planners. This manual defines the Army-standard requirements for individual weapons qualification and establishes those qualifications as prerequisites for continued training for either specific capability certification or collective live-fire training.

TC 4-11.47: THE SENIOR GUNNER PROGRAM FOR SUSTAINMENT UNITS: Provides guidance to sustainment units for the purposes of training senior gunners on gunnery operations. It describes gunnery principles, methods, and techniques including the application of combined gunnery skills in preliminary, basic, intermediate, advanced, and live fire gunnery. The tasks outlined in the manual are to be used to establish the unit's senior gunner program.

TC 4-11.46: CONVOY PROTECTION PLATFORM GUNNERY: This revision includes the Standards For Training Readiness Advisor Group (STRAG) requirement to align with the Army's Integrated Weapons Strategy for qualification and support the Objective T collective live fire requirements under Sustainable Readiness. Provides guidance to sustainment elements for the purposes of training vehicle gun crews (VGCs) on the employment of crew serve weapons (CSW) in convoy operations and during unit defense.

TC 55-HEAT: TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE HIGH MOBILITY MULTIPURPOSE WHEELED VEHICLE (HMMWV) EGRESS ASSISTANCE TRAINER (HEAT): Provides a standardized training program for the HMMWV Egress Assistance Trainer (HEAT); outlines personnel responsibilities and provides implementation instructions, goals, and methods to ensure the overall success of the HEAT device and related programs.
