Unit Training Management (UTM) - The Army has clearly laid out the unit training management (UTM) process in ADP / FM 7-0, Training which provide the ‘how to’ on the role of leaders in training, developing the unit training plan (UTP), as well as conducting and assessing training events. Combined arms training strategies (CATS), mission essential task lists (METLs), and training and evaluation outlines (T&EOs) provide specific guidance on unit training requirements. Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) ATN Viewer - CATS are the Army's overarching strategy for focusing on near term unit training or on identifying future unit training strategies and requirements. The authoritative source for accesssing CATS is through the Digital Training Management System (DTMS).
