Training Strategy - Training Strategies establish training focused priorities in the institutional, operational, and self-development domain in support of large scale combat operations (LSCO). A key element of these strategies is to identify Training Support System (TSS) requirements through FY 2028 (Appendix A). These training strategies are not all inclusive, but focus on areas that enable leaders and units to build and preserve readiness. These strategies apply to the Army’s Active Component, Reserve and National Guard units/organizations that provide sustainment related training or training support. The US. Army Training Strategies will be updated every three years. Note: Access requires CAC credentials.

Ordnance Blackboard - Blackboard is the U.S. Army Lifelong Learning Center's distributed learning system supporting the Ordnance community. The Blackboard link gives users the capability to accesss online courses, download training materials, conduct collaborative discussions with peers and subject matter experts via site forums, and much more. Once on the site, click the "Courses" tab to browse available courses by proponent. Note: Access requires CAC credentials.

Ammunition Training Resources - Click to access ammunition resources, such as the Defense Ammunition Center (DAC) training catalog, DAU Munitions and Explosive Safety, and the Munitions History Program (MHP).

Maintenance Control Officer Course - Online Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) geared towards new lieutenants who are about to assume duty as an MCO, and provides an overview of how to manage Maintenance Operations in this role.

Unit Training Assistance Program (UTAP) - The UTAP has a joint service web-site, which has Training Material for all TACOM managed equipment. The Library of TACOM Training Information Site (LOTTIS) is a resource for Operator and Field Level Maintenance New Equipment Training (OPNET/FLMNET) material, informational videos and computer based interactive training (CBIT), for your TACOM equipment. UTAP also provides a Customer Assistance department that provides the warfighter a resolution to any training issue on TACOM equipment and much more. Note: Access requires CAC credentials.

Central Army Registry (CAR) - Ordnance Resources - Provides several important Individual Task and other training resources pertinent to Ordnance Units. Click to access OD Proponent CAR resources. Once on the CAR, simply click on the "Proponent/Knowledge Center" link in the left menu, and search for "ordnance." Note: Access requires CAC credentials.
