Doctrine Division

Mission

Develop, manage, and integrate Army, joint and allied sustainment doctrine, primarily codifying deployment, sustainment and protection capabilities to meet the needs of soldiers in current and future forces. Sustainment doctrine development areas include:
(1) Army functional and multifunctional FMs and ATTP
(2) Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques and procedures manuals
(3) Allied joint and Land publications, and Standard NATO Agreements (STANAGs)
Partner with other doctrine developers to review non-sustainment doctrine for sustainment implications, or to develop sustainment content.
