Contract Courseware Management
Mission
The Distributed Learning (dL) Support Branch is responsible for the development of contracting packets, contract administration, and management of both Acquisition Management and Oversight Contracts (AMO) and Distributed Learning Education and Training Product (DLETP) Delivery Orders (DO) for dL Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and Blended Learning products.
The branch Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) and Contracting Officer Technical Representatives (COTR), collaborates with the proponents from the Training & Doctrine Development Directorate, to ensure that the learning theories related to the systematic design and development of IMI deliverables are in accordance with established milestones and U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulations 350-70 and 5-14.
The dL Support Branch CORs and COTRs enforce strict adherence to the techniques and contract specifications for developing the AMO and IMI products to ensure that the final product meet mission needs through the pre-award, post-award, development and close-out phases of contracted work.
A new DLETP base contract is being developed and will be implemented sometime in 2011.
